Reseller Terms And Conditions

Reseller cannot
pass the resell rights on to a third party.

The script cannot
be sold for less than US $97.00

script cannot be given away.

The script can be
included in a paid membership site, providing
memberships costs US $97.00 or over per year.

The script cannot
be renamed.

The reseller agrees
not to change or modify the copyright information,
eNetWeb Media company details, links, graphics, or
banners in any way whatsoever.

The reseller agrees
not to copy, modify, adapt the script code or merge it
into another program.

eNetWeb Media
retain all copyright ownership of script, including
templates, designs, text, graphics and source code.

Any violation of
these terms will be subject to a revoking of being a
reseller in which case all monies paid will be
forfeited and scripts installed on reseller customers
websites could be disabled.
